In multiple two-day workshops we developed a new ambition for the years to come. Cross-divisional departments worked in ‘mission teams’ to enable fresh thinking. We invited some cutting edge speakers to stir up the thinking.
An energised crew went home to the East of Netherlands packed with new ideas and some clear guiding principles on how to move on. We can’t wait to see the first results, whilst enjoying the local ‘Grolsch’ beer on Friday after-work drinks.
