How do you inspire all your global markets to implement your sustainable event showcase? Heineken has designed a bar that introduces the sustainable practices of the company to visitors of various events. The organisation wants to inspire all markets worldwide to implement this activation in their events.
We interviewed Heineken employees from all over the world to gain insights into their needs and questions. Based on these findings, a MVP was developed. This first version of the playbook was validated and enriched during a co-creation session with several different markets.
We designed an interactive Playbook on Heineken’s Greener Bar which challenges the global markets to implement the showcase and always raise the bar. By connecting Heineken employees through the interactive platform, the Playbook facilitates the exchange of experiences and inspiration between markets. This empowers them to learn from previous versions and raise the bar with every implementation.
