Invest-NL has been running its Fastlane programme for a couple cohorts, aimed at guiding startups in the agri-food ecosystem towards scalable growth. The challenge is to spotlight the persistent issue of startups struggling to transition into scale-ups and how Fastlane effectively addresses this challenge. This involves showcasing the program’s impact and extracting success stories from past participants to illustrate its tangible success in bridging the startup-to-scaleup gap.

Initiating the assessment, we conducted 10 interviews to gain comprehensive insights into the ecosystem, engaging with direct partners, fellow accelerators, and past participants. Utilizing the findings from these interviews and leveraging data provided by Invest-NL, we constructed a preliminary storyline. To refine and enhance this narrative, a collaborative storyboarding workshop was orchestrated in partnership with Invest-NL, gathering valuable input and insights. Armed with this constructive feedback, we proceeded to craft and design the final report.

A ±30 page external report as an attractive and coherent story on the impact & success Fastlane has achieved within the ecosystem. Explaining their role in the food & agri ecosystem in the Netherlands & beyond. It reviews the impact and results Fastlane has made and showcases success stories of past participants of the programme.
