PostNL is in the middle of major transitions: from digitalisation to sustainability. This requires not only innovation, but also new ways of working together, both internally and with external partners. The challenge was to strengthen the leadership and skills of their team to use co-creation and coalitions effectively. In this way, they could learn not only to analyse complex challenges but also to bring people together and create real momentum for change.
We designed and facilitated an intensive training day that combined theory and practice. Participants explored co-creation and coalition theory, worked on their personal business challenges using the Coalition Canvas, and experienced mini co-creation sessions to apply the methodology hands-on. Reflection and feedback anchored the learnings directly in their own work context and leadership style.
The outcome was a team not only familiar with co-creation and coalitions, but also ready to apply these approaches in their daily work. PostNL employees now have concrete tools, a shared framework, and first-hand experience of collaborative creation. This equips them to act as changemakers and build sustainable partnerships that accelerate the sector’s biggest transitions.
